Mario Party DS gets the same treatment as Mario Party Advance. While this seems obvious, it makes sense because the Nintendo GameCube is a handheld system just like the Nintendo DS. It is interesting to see that the GameCube version flubs a few highlights, but otherwise, the gameplay is just as fun.
The first commercial release of Mario Party 5 has to be the best Mario Party so far. With a sense of humor similar to Super Mario RPG as well as some serious board games, the game offers new challenges to both the old and new fans alike.
Mario Party 6 introduces a unique game mode that is sure to be in your game rotation soon. The GameCube version captures the same enjoyment seen in the other handheld versions while still making some improvements.
New to the Nintendo GameCube are the new characters. Bowser Jr., Toad, and twins Waluigi and Baby Waluigi are all new additions to the franchise. Of course, returning characters such as Mario and Luigi include more sections of the board than in other entries. Mario Party 7 takes the series to the next level with more gameplay options and new minigames for trainers to unleash.
Mario Party 7 also has a unique game mode: Mario Party Tour. It includes a mode-exclusive board that is completely different from any other game in history. Factor in a new slide minigame and massive party boards for a real party experience. d2c66b5586
